Avichal took command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District today during a change of command ceremony at the Tennessee National Guard Armory. He becomes the 66th commander of the “twin rivers” district, commonly referred to as the jewel of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.
