• Blue Marsh Lake Water Road Access Area Closed

    Due to land clearing and excavation activity involved with the construction of a pipeline from Blue Marsh Dam to the Western Berks Water Authority water treatment plant, the Water Road access area will be closed for public access. This includes trail access and stream access for fishing.

    In April 2020, the UN High-level Experts and Leaders Panel on Water and Disasters (HELP) released the Draft Principles to Address Water-related Disasters under COVID-19 Pandemics, and is seeking suggestions and opinions.
