Mr. Morrow is currently serving as the Director of Military Programs, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He is responsible for the execution of the Corps’ worldwide program for engineering, construction, real estate, and environmental activities in support of the Army, Air Force, other Department of Defense and Federal agencies, and foreign nations. He sets the Military Program strategic direction and advises the USACE Commander on engineering, construction, environmental, installation, real estate, and other technical matters related to the Mlitary Programs portfolio. Manages and oversees the planning, design, and execution of programs and projects valued over $20B annually. Directs acquisition planning and serves as the Command Services Executive for the Architect-Engineer portfolio and Construction Management functions.
