Tennessee residents are advised to go to the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency's site for the latest information on the state's storm response efforts. 

USACE stands ready alongside our federal, state, and local partners to support the American people during the January 2026 winter storm. USACE personnel are deployed, and are coordinating with partners in the affected areas. USACE has received multiple FEMA Mission Assignments , including National Activation, Regional Activations, and Temporary Emergency Power.

The situation remains dynamic. We are actively supporting multiple states within the impacted areas with Temporary Emergency Power, and debris removal technical assistance, in coordination with FEMA, state and local authorities.
