Section 214

USACE can accept and expend funds from certain entities to expedite the review of the entities' Section 408 requests under the following authorities:  Section 214 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2000, as amended (33 U.S.C. 2352); and Title 23 of the U.S. Code, Section 139(j). This webpage contains information on these authorities and their use within the USACE Section 408 Program. The USACE Regulatory Program also uses the Section 214 and Section 139(j) authorities. Section 408 Decisions

Information pertaining to all Section 408 decisions made by the USACE Section 408 Program using funding accepted under Section 214 and Transportation funding agreements can be found on the USACE Regulatory and Section 408 Publicly Available Data. Select Section 408 in the navigation bar and then select Table View in the upper right corner where you can filter by USACE District, year, and month. The information can be further filtered by funding agreement type by clicking on the Funding Agreement Type heading in the table.
