    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 11, 2020) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District announces that the Right Bank Recreation Area Beach at Cheatham Lake in Ashland City, Tennessee, is reopened as water conditions have returned to acceptable levels.

  • NR 20-023: Cheatham Lake Right Bank Recreation Area closed

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 9, 2020) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District announces the immediate closure of the Right Bank Recreation Area Beach at Cheatham Lake in Ashland City, Tennessee, due to elevated levels of Escherichia coli (E. Coli.). The area is still open for picnicking and boat launching.

He also implements the quality assurance program for a contract valued at over $1 million supporting recreation and environmental stewardship at J. Percy Priest Lake.
