Dr. Matheu currently serves as the Executive Director, Directorate of Research and Development (R&D), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In this capacity, he serves as the senior advisor to the Director of Research and Development in the development and implementation of policy, strategic planning, programmatic coordination, and interagency collaboration initiatives across the R&D spectrum.
