WINCHESTER - Students from local high schools construct a water tower with toothpicks and gumdrops, with a goal of being the highest stable structure. Trophies were awarded to the first, second and third place schools during the annual Day with an Engineer March 19 at Lord Fairfax Community College’s Middletown campus.
