JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prepared all the necessary documents to facilitate the May 16, 2012, easement exchange that will allow for the creation of the proposed "panther corridor," which will enable panthers to disperse from habitats restricted to south Florida.
