PENNSYLVANIA — The Risk Management Center is currently providing support to the Pittsburgh District's for its East Branch Clarion River Dam Safety Initiative. The district has begun site preparation for the construction of a 4-foot utoff wall to remedy seepage issues of the 60-year-old dam near Wilcox, Pa.
