LOS ANGELES — Dignitaries and armed forces representatives cut a ceremonial ribbon during the grand opening of L.A. Career Center here, March 28. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District will manage the lease of the 50,000 square-foot recruitment center for future soldiers, airmen and marines.
