Army Corps of Engineers' civilian builds up Wounded Warriors with sled hockey program
Last year, Mark McKenna, a project engineer with the Fort Drum Field Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District was working out at the gym at Fort Drum in Watertown, N.Y. "I was working out in the gym and a Soldier in a wheelchair came in and then turned around and left the gym. I asked the manager what do they do for the disabled, because they cannot reach the pull up bar nor the dumbbells. She told me that they had nothing organized for them."
