HECSA Contracting

The mission of the Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, is to provide comprehensive contracting and acquisition solutions in times of peace, war, and disaster for United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and its National and Global partners. The HECSA Contracting Center provides acquisition policy/planning and program execution for HECSA, Headquarters USACE, the Institute for Water Resources, the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program, the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program, the 249th Engineer Battalion, Prime Power School, and tenants at HEC. The Center also provides similar, but limited, support to Non-USACE HEC tenants.
