Even though the landscape of 2025 SAME SBC is different than prior years and we have a reduced footprint, we are still committed to valuable industry engagement and whether you are a new contractor or a current/past USACE contactor, we want to help set you up for success during the conference.
We recommend:
- Review the Information for Industry packet prepared and available for all attendees here. This will provide recommendations for new and current contractors.
- Review the full enterprise available opportunities forecast (updated 13 November 2025) to help prepare. Check back often as this may be continuously updated.
- Review the specific business line opportunities forecasts available on this page.
- In addition to the current listed opportunities per business line, you should also review information on all other district/centers' main mission areas as they align with the business opportunities. Just because there may not be an opportunity listed today, this will also help you plan for your engagements knowing "who buys what".
- Consider a touchpoint with the district/center Small Business Professional prior to the conference. See current list.
- The Small Business Professionals will not be in attendance. They may be able to provide you with additional information specific to their district/center, help you plan and/or enable you to better engage after the event.
- Consider refreshing your staff on some "Marketing to USACE" basics here: Market the Districts
- Review the USACE Exhibit booth schedules- the exhibit booths this year are shared and each district/center has specific scheduled times for the 3 days of the conference. Take a peek at the exhibit floor layout to see where the USACE exhibits are located to better plan your networking route.
- Embrace the USACE message of transformation- this will be a year to transform how we all prepare and execute the conference to ensure valuable networking and opportunities to build business and USACE industrial base.
