    Buffalo, NY—The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Buffalo District has awarded a contract to Ryba Marine Construction to dredge sediment from Cleveland Harbor’s upper federal navigation channel during the Fall of 2017 with an option to dredge in the Spring of 2018. All dredged materials will be placed in a confined disposal facility.
