    The U.S. Army Corps Engineers’ Philadelphia District has announced the Francis E. Walter Dam has enough water storage for a final addition to the 2013 recreation plan. The Army Corps updated the plan, which states whitewater and fisheries releases will be added if enough water storage is accumulated in the reservoir. Wet conditions throughout the summer have allowed the Corps to add the 10th and final increment of the plan.
