Since the government shutdown started, the District has been routinely monitoring fiscal year 2013 funds in order to minimize the public’s impact and adhere to their normal closing date schedule. However, with those funds uncertain past October 31, two timelines have been adjusted in order to winterize facilities.

Wet conditions throughout the summer have allowed the Corps to add the 10th and final increment of the plan.
