A group of employees assigned to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program, stand in front of Guterl Steel Site, formerly Simonds Saw and Steel Company, located in Lockport, New York in May of 2024.
