U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division Commander, Brig. Gen. Daniel Hibner, joined the Hurricane Helene Planning and Response teams on the ground in Charlotte, NC October 1 as they received and staged FEMA generators at the Charlotte Police and Fire Training Academy to support Hurricane Helene Response Efforts.
