Campbell with a copy of "Capital Engineers: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Development of Washington, D.C., 1790-2004." The book chronicles the Corps of Engineers' historic and continuing role in building Washington, D.C. The author is Pamela Scott, and the book was published by the Office of History at USACE Headquarters.
