The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announce the launch of a new module on its Regulatory Request System (RRS) that allows users to self-verify that a pre-construction notification is not required for a proposed activity covered under a nationwide permit. This new module leads users through a series of questions about their proposed activity to determine whether notification to USACE is required.
