GERMANY — Alex Cansler, a rising U.S. Military Academy at West Point junior majoring in Civil Engineering, a rising senior majoring in Engineering Management, took part in the school's Academic Individual Advanced Development program working for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District this summer.
