Comment Period: Proposed rule for the definition of Waters of the U.S. under the Clean Water Act

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announce the publication of a joint proposed rule for the definition of Waters of the U.S. under the Clean Water Act in the Federal Register for a 90-day public comment period.
