USACE Little Rock essential workers - at work

Essential workers come from many walks of life. From health and safety, to food service, to janitorial staff. All are important - and USACE Little Rock thanks all of them for their efforts.

Col. Noe commander of the Little Rock District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers shares a thank you message with all the nation’s essential personnel in Little Rock, Ark. on April 16, 2020.

There are millions of Americans that are still showing up day after day to ensure that our nation's infrastructure continues to run. They are all vital links in a chain of industries that keep us fed, safe, and connected to one another. No matter where you are in that chain, we appreciate you and the work  you do.

To our own folks in USACE that are managing our locks and dams, to public safety and medical professionals, to food service workers, grocery workers, janitors, long-haul truckers, sanitation workers, and the IT team that shows up every day to make sure others can still work from home - from all of us in the Little Rock District - Thank you.
