Reemployed Annuitant Cadre

Welcome of the US Army Corps of Engineers Reemployed Annuitant Cadre (RAC) website.  The cadre, part of USACE’s Directorate of Contingency Operations, is comprised of retired Federal Civil Service employees who provide readily available support in the event of natural or man-made disasters and for other important USACE missions as needed.  This website is intended to provide information to those who are interested in the program and as a place for current members of the RAC to easily find information, forms and guidance.

If you are interested in learning more about the RAC, check out the tab “RAC Employment.”

If you are already a member of the RAC, you can find information and forms on various topics of interest.  For example, under “RAC Medical Renewals” you will find information about medical screenings and the yearly renewals.  Information under “Disaster Deployment Information” explains how the deployment process works including emergency management procedures, selection criteria, travel, time and even packing ideas.  Under the “General Information” section you will find information about a variety of topics including travel vouchers, time and pay information, and immunization requirements.
