USACE plans for proposed drawdown of B.A. Steinhagen Lake/Town Bluff
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at Town Bluff Dam/B.A. Steinhagen Lake, Woodville, Texas, (locally known as Dam B) announced today a plan for necessary repairs on the Robert D. Willis Powerhouse, which will require a near complete drawdown of B.A. Steinhagen Lake.

Oahe Project Resumes Powerhouse Tours; Visitor Center Summer Hours Set
The Oahe Project is once again offering tours of the Oahe Powerhouse. Public walk-in tours will be available Tuesday through Saturday beginning May 28 or June 4 and ending on September 6. Tours will start at the Oahe Visitor Center on top of the east end of the dam along Highway 1804.

Since the discovery of zebra mussels at the South Dakota Big Bend powerhouse intake gates in the summer of 2019, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has conducted an internal analysis of the potential alternatives to control the invasive species.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 22, 2018) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District at J. Percy Priest Dam & Reservoir is offering two free guided tours of the J. Percy Priest Hydroelectric Dam in celebration of the reservoir's 50th anniversary. Dam tours will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. There is a limit of 25 people per tour.
