USACE broadcaster Mike Glasch, US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, interviews Brandy Cross, FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency base camp manager, for an upcoming video about the Hurricane Laura response. FEMA stood up this site as a way for personnel from outside the area to eat, work and sleep closest to where response activities are occurring.
