Dr. Tim Rushing of the Geotechnical and Structures Lab at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center was recently honored with the 2020 Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering Department’s Distinguished Fellow Award at his alma mater, the University of Alabama.
